Hi, I’m Susan, it’s great to meet you!

During my 20 year career in talent and leadership development, I witnessed leaders and teams go through different training programs but nothing fundamentally changed. After becoming master certified as an emotional intelligence coach, I saw leaders and teams create lasting change. With two decades’ experience in L&D and many certifications in emotional intelligence and coaching, I know how to guide you toward a happier workplace.
